Trails Crews

New to trails? New to running? An old-hand? Perfect.

Training for an event? Training to keep up with your kids? Just like the peace of the trails? Perfect.

Tread Running caters for everyone. No one left behind, but no one will find it ‘too easy’ either. I promise!

This weekly coached running crew will work on strength, technique and fitness. The workouts include, speed, endurance and hill work – with a big focus on proper technique and building confidence!

Each session caters for runners across every experience and fitness level. This crew will leave no member behind!
Each term runs for 10-12 weeks, with breaks for school holidays. This allows runners to really find their mojo and make some serious improvements!

We meet at the specified location rain, hail or shine. If it is snowing, even better! Sessions will be cancelled in really disgusting, dangerous weather however.

Currently our groups are located in South Hobart, but if this doesn’t suit you please get in touch as we have new locations coming soon!

Tread also offers individual running coaching plans that are perfect for those who are new to running or feeling a bit nervous about it. We totally get it – running can be intimidating, but we promise it’s also incredibly rewarding and fun.

Tread is here to help you every step of the way, whether you’re just starting out or looking to improve your technique and crush your personal bests. Our coaching plans are customized to your unique needs and goals, so you can build confidence and make real progress towards becoming a rockstar runner.

We’re all about making running accessible and enjoyable for everyone. That means starting at your own pace, finding your rhythm, and having fun along the way. We will be your personal cheerleaders, ready to help you overcome any obstacles and celebrate every victory (big or small).

Event Specific

In 2024, we partnered with kunanyi Mountain Run to host Steps to kMR – a running community for women in the lead up to kMR. This was an absolute smashing success, and we look forward to partnering with kMR and other events soon!
